PROCESS Sign on Screen – How it works:

Identity verification (optional)

An identity document is scanned. Additionally face verification via a video selfie can also be integrated. Both steps are optional, and can be implemented depending on a use case.

Document review

Contracts or forms are displayed digitally, either on-site or remotely, and are prepared for digital signing.

Document signing

Customers can sign directly on the touchscreen of a tablet or smartphone.
If necessary, the signature can be repeated.

Secure data processing

The signature is securely linked to the relevant document and stored in an encrypted format. It is then made available immediately as a PDF file.
