PXL Vision and Skribble launch solution for secure contract signing and digital customer onboarding in one step

Zurich, September 10th 2025 - PXL Vision, the Swiss premium provider of high-conversion digital identification solutions, and Skribble, the Swiss market leader for electronic signatures, are jointly presenting a new product that will completely digitise the customer onboarding process. This web-based software solution is the first to seamlessly combine identification and electronic signatures in a continuous process. PXL Vision provides proven AI-based identity verification, while the underlying signature platform is based on Skribble's technology. The qualified electronic signature (QES) certificate, which is also integrated into the process automatically, comes from Swisscom.

Skribble, in turn, markets the solution under the product name Express QES.

Maximum efficiency thanks to "one-shot signature"

The new integrated solution's key advantage over conventional market offerings is that the entire identification and signature process, especially the QES, is completed in a single step. This eliminates the need for end customers to undergo lengthy, multi-step registration processes with trust service providers. 

The 'one-shot signature' principle enables companies to optimise their processes significantly in terms of user experience, speed, and conversion rates. When digitising paper-based processes, it can increase the contract completion rate by over 50%. The new solution supports all common signature formats but prioritises QES to ensure the highest levels of legal certainty and compliance.

It is therefore primarily aimed at financial and insurance service providers who want to process business-critical contracts, such as life insurance policies, loan applications and leasing agreements, entirely digitally.

Seamless integration including CRM connection 

The solution integrates identification and signature into a single, continuous process. It also enables customer data from onboarding and signature processes to be transferred directly to any customer target system in a structured data format. This creates a seamless, digitised data flow without any media discontinuity. This significant product feature saves valuable resources and minimises errors.
