This collaboration enables A-Trust users to complete identity verification in minutes using a browser-based NFC process that meets the highest compliance standards.

PXL Ident for QES

The PXL Ident for QES solution allows users to verify their identity and register their qualified electronic signature in just a few minutes. All that is required is to scan a passport or ID card and record a short selfie video – no app installation is necessary. The entire process runs smoothly within a secure browser session on a smartphone.

An advanced AI algorithm verifies the ID document's authenticity, matches the photo with the user’s live image and passively confirms liveness, eliminating the need for unnatural movements such as nodding or lip-syncing. Key data required for the signature and proof of registration is automatically extracted using OCR (optical character recognition).

Both PXL Vision and A-Trust adhere to the highest European security standards, including ISO/IEC 27001, ensuring compliance with eIDAS, ZertES and national financial regulators such as FINMA, BaFin and FMA.
